• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags and packaging intact.

• The item is returned in the same condition it was purchased in.

• You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice).
• In case, if the item is defected you must have an unboxing video proof for that item.

Reasons for Return:

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

• You received an incorrect item (different size, style, or color than what you ordered).

• The item is defective (has a manufacturing flaw).

• The item does not fit as expected.

Please note:

• Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchased products. Only exchanges are possible under the aforementioned conditions.

• Timeframe: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
